Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center Field Trip
In January 2015 Pine Island High School students traveled to Wolf Ridge Environmental Center in northern Minnesota for a weekend full of adventure. Nineteen students were able to experience many activities - dog sledding, rock climbing, snowshoeing, team building and more. The Pine Island AAA Foundation provided funds to defray some of the trip costs. The Foundation has consistently supported this event over the years and the students always learn and enjoy their adventure.
Music Trip to New York
During the 2014 Spring Break Pine Island High School Students in our award winning music program took a trip to New York City. They made stops along the way to showcase their amazing talents and take in a bit of fun and culture. The Pine Island AAA Foundation provided funds for special events and items that enhanced the trip and made the long bus trip and staying organized easier for the students and chaparones.
